Hampton Inn Carrollton

This place is old!!!! It definitely needs some upgrades or maybe some touch ups but other than that, it was a comfortable stay. We stayed here for 1 night. Check in was easy and fast. The man checking us in was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was okay but it was fully stacked with items and the area was clean!!!

The exterior of the building has been recently updated, which is a nice improvement, but the interior could still use some renovations. The lobby and breakfast area feel a bit dark and dated. The hotel staff is friendly and made check-in quick and easy. The rooms are a good size--I've stayed in both the two-queen and king rooms, and each comes with a desk, which is a nice touch. The room was clean, and the bathroom included a few small bottled amenities on the counter, with additional items available upon request. I did find the pillows to be on the smaller side, especially given the size of the beds. The location is convenient--right off the freeway, close to many restaurants, and not far from downtown Carrollton. Although I didn't use them, the hotel has a pool and a gym. The gym looked like it could use some updates, and I didn't notice a treadmill when walking by. Breakfast was a highlight--well-maintained and offering a good variety. There were three cereal options, two types of waffles (including a seasonal flavor), oatmeal, bread, eggs, and other classic breakfast items. The seating area included a nice mix of table types, making it easy to find a comfortable spot to eat. I would stay again.

Everything was great, they are remodeling however they made it perfect even with the construction crew working. Marv that checked us in was so nice and helpful. The rooms were so clean and the breakfast was fresh and good. Thank you for making my stay fabulous!

Recently renovated and looks fantastic. Enjoyed my stay in the new rooms. The staff was very nice.

Highly recommend Hampton Inn of Carrollton. Check in was a breeze. The nice man was so kind, so polite. My daughter and I were in town for a wedding and a bit scattered brained. He didn’t mind one bit. The rooms were very clean, and well stocked which was great because we forgot our shower products at home. Our family will definitely stay here again when in town visiting friends.

We always stay at Hamptons. This is the first one I have stayed in that didn’t have decaffeinated coffee and no sugar free syrup for the waffles. The hotel was fine but the extras were weak!!!!!

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Carrollton, Georgia, and I must say that my experience was exceptional. The front desk customer service was amazing - the staff members were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The room was cozy and quiet, providing a comfortable retreat during my son's baseball tournament weekend. After checking out, I realized I had left a personal item in the desk, and the front desk manager kindly went to check my room. When I returned to pick it up, she had it ready for me with a welcoming smile. I truly appreciate the outstanding level of service and care I received during my stay. If I ever find myself in Carrollton, Georgia again, I would not hesitate to visit this particular Hampton Inn.

Had a nice family weekend getaway here to visit with friends. The staff was very attentive and friendly from the moment we arrived. The room was cozy and furnished well. The beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and although some things seemed a bit dated, overall everything seemed to meet expectations. Free breakfast was good, quite a few choices. Hot, free coffee was delicious. The pool was nice, very clean and temperature was nice. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and our stay here!
